Eden Apartments is a family-run business offering luxurious and modern apartments in a superb location. There is good access to Cambridge’s business and science parks. The A14 and the M11 motorway are both within easy reach.
Free private parking is available in a secure underground car park, which is located close to the apartment.
Every apartment has a lounge with a high-definition TV and a DVD player. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a gas hob, grill and oven.

Each one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults. The bedroom has one double bed, a wardrobe and a bedside table and bedside light.
The lounge has a sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs, a telephone and a coffee table with a lamp.
The kitchen is well appointed and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own food.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over it, a sink, a toilet and a mirrored cupboard with a shaver socket.
Bath and hand towels are provided, as is bed linen.
For added security, each apartment has its own entry phone. |

A welcome pack is provided on the first day of the rental period. The welcome pack includes milk, bread (a small loaf per party), tea, coffee, jam (one portion per guest), cereal (one portion per guest), butter (2 portions per guest) and juice. |

The apartments have a convenient location with excellent transport links.
The region’s major roads, including the A14 and the M11 motorway, are within easy reach.
The train station is only a 2-minute walk away. Trains run regularly from the station directly to London Stansted Airport, with a journey time of as little as 40 minutes. Trains to central London (arriving at London Kings Cross railway station) take as little as 45 minutes.
The very heart of Cambridge’s historic city centre is just one mile (1.6 km) away. The ancient colleges of the University of Cambridge are also within easy reach and the city’s shops, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.
The apartment makes a fantastic base for visiting or working in Cambridge, with very good links to the A14, M11 and a short walk (2 minutes) from Cambridge train station.
The apartment is also ideally situated for a short walk into the centre of Cambridge, making it ideal for business and leisure. |

By Car:
The easiest way to reach the apartments is to follow the signs towards Cambridge rail station and then take the left turn just before you reach the station.
By Train:
The apartments are just a 2-minute walk from Cambridge train station.
Parking:
A secure underground car parking space is offered with rental of the apartments. |
| Important information |
Please note that although the address of the apartments is Ravensworth Gardens, the front door can be found on Devonshire Road at the bottom of the footbridge over the railway line.
Check-In Information:
In the email confirming your booking, you will be provided with the number for the key safe, allowing you to gain entry to the apartment.
Check-out Information:
Upon check-out, the keys must be handed to a representative of Eden Apartments at an agreed time, or left in the flat (on the kitchen counter) with prior agreement with Eden Apartments.
If keys are lost or taken, an administration fee of GBP 50 will be charged.
If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time, a full day's rental may be charged. This is at the discretion of Eden Apartments. |
